Barb Bidan is an executive coach, Chief People Officer and former general manager who helps leaders think more clearly, make stronger decisions and lead effectively through complexity. Over more than 25 years, she has held senior operating and people leadership roles across global consumer, technology, media and professional-services organizations.
Her experience includes leading through hypergrowth, merger integration, executive-team change, global expansion, organizational transformation and high-stakes career transitions. Before moving into technology and people leadership, Barb spent nearly a decade in multi-unit operations with direct P&L accountability.
That instinct still defines the work: understand what is really in the way, stay close enough to be useful and do what the moment genuinely requires.
